About this program

AWANA KIDS REGISTRATION-LAKESIDE CAMPUS

The AWANA name comes from 2 Timothy 2:15, which says: “Approved workmen are not ashamed.”

AWANA is a club for kids ages 2.5 years old – Grade 5…and we take fun “seriously”! Our club meetings are so exciting that kids can’t wait to come back for more!

AWANA meets Wednesday nights on the Lakeside Campus from 6:15 pm - 7:45 pm in two-semester format: August 14, 2024 to May 7, 2025

PUGGLES*- Born 9/2/21 - 3/1/22. Puggles Club recognizes the learning ability of toddlers by introducing biblical precepts at church and equipping parents to teach them at home. Toddlers love having their very own Awana club, just like their older siblings.** Parents of Puggles & Cubbies must remain on campus during AWANA

CUBBIES* –Born 9/2/19- 9/1/21 Cubbies Club is for pre-kindergarten children emphasizing parent-involved Bible memorization. Club time consists of a Large-Group song and story, a Small Group Bible verse review, and game time. * Children must be potty-trained to participate. * Parents of Puggles & Cubbies must remain on campus during AWANA.

SPARKS -Currently in Kindergarten SY ('24-'25), 1st or 2nd Grade. Sparks Club is for children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade with an emphasis on Bible memorization and Bible-centered activities such as games, Bible lessons, singing, and praise.

TRUTH AND TRAINING CLUBS -T&T Club is for 3rd,4th, and 5th-grade children SY ('24-'25) emphasizing Scripture memorization and Bible-centered achievements. Each night includes a time for handbook review, games, and Bible-centered council time.

Each Club meeting consists of Game Time, Large Group Time (which includes a Bible lesson), and Small Group Time (where children recite verses that they have memorized that week).
